In the EducationalAI project Sykli ensures [CO1] the financial management, quality, sustainability . Sykli is also in charge of the WP5 coordination which is aiming at an effective disseminating of the EducationalAI project outputs.

Artkit is a non-government organization that conducts research, develops, and transfers knowledge, technologies, and innovations in the field of education. Coordinator of WP2, responsible for distributing a questionnaire and literature analysis to determine what AI resources educators use and for what purpose. Assessment will be done by combining both qualitative and quantitative indicators.
Responsible for the implementation of WP4, Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), founded in 1913, is one of Romania's major institutions and the only one dedicated to economics and business. The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), located in Bellaterra (Cerdanyola del Vallès), near Barcelona, is one of the major public universities in Spain. Since its foundation in 1968, the UAB has been acknowledged for its excellence in promoting quality in teaching and in attracting international talent. Its impact on research is also noteworthy. This excellence is reflected in its position in the most prestigious international rankings. Regarding EducationalAI project, UAB is involved in different work packages. In particular, UAB collaborates in the use case analysis (WP2), the Development of the Legal & Ethical Guide (WP3) and the Dissemination & External communication activities. The deeper implication is on the works related to the EducationalAI toolkit, where UAB leads the activities to ensure the infrastructure linked to MOOC platforms.

Within the Institute of Public Law and Political Science, Prof. Maria Bertel and her team work at the interface between public law and digitalization. Supported by Evelyne Putz, the EducationalAI team will focus on developing a Legal and Ethical Guide specifically tailored to facilitate the responsible integration of AI in education, addressing essential topics such as data privacy, children’s rights, transparency obligations and ethical AI use. To ensure accessibility and facilitating knowledge transfer across Europe, the guide will be adapted for integration into an online course.
Through these efforts, the University of Graz contributes to the development of responsible practices in the digital transformation of education, informed by both legal frameworks and ethical considerations.

Vilnius Ozas Gymnasium (Vilniaus Ozo Gimnazija - VOG) is a public school offering both primary and secondary education. The school provides a full-distance learning program for students from 1st to 12th grade (currant number of learners is 1,329 from more than 30 countries). In addition, VOG offers secondary education with a sports education program for on-site learning, with 253 students representing 19 different sports. The school employs a staff of 116 (55 teachers, 29 coaches, administrative and support personnel).
Vilnius Ozas Gymnasium will play a key role in Work Package 3 (WP3) of the EducationalAI project, where a Legal & Ethical Guide on responsible AI implementation in education will be developed by the University of Graz. VOG’s main responsibility is to review the first draft of the guide to ensure it meets the needs of educators and is practical for implementation in schools. VOG will also provide in-depth feedback on the guide, ensuring that it aligns with the expectations of teachers and is relevant to educational settings. They will translate the guide into Lithuanian and assist in its dissemination across local educational networks.

Smart-Nest is an advocate for digitalization, digital citizenship, and new and innovative technologies. Smart Nest employs the most recent E-learning development solutions and intends to incorporate new and innovative tools into E-learning course modules, such as interactive videos. We are non government & non profit organization „Suradnici u učenju“ (Partners in Learning) with more than fifteen years of experience in the educational context. Suradnici u učenju team started activities in 2008 by publishing the digital magazine Pogled kroz prozor (A View through the Window). As NGO we are registered since 2011 as an association of teachers and educational professionals dedicated to creating a positive and stimulating environment in which educational professionals can share their experiences, get quality and up-to-date information, be creative and innovative and improve professionally. The association promotes the smart, purposeful and pedagogically meaningful use of digital technologies in all areas of education, lifelong training of educational professionals, promotion of all STEM areas, computational thinking, problem solving, learning to learn competences, AI and data literacy, responsible and safe use of the Internet as well as digital wellbeing. Teachers from more than 10 countries share examples of good practice through our digital magazine Pogled kroz prozor and the portal ucitelji.hr.
As an association, we enable teachers to show what and how they work and to teach us all through examples of good practice how to better adapt to today’s students and how to modernize teaching, learning and working methods. Simply put, we create a positive and stimulating environment in which educational professionals can share their experiences, get quality and current information, be innovative and creative, and constantly raise their competences.
Every year we carry out various activities on national, regional and international level in which students, teachers, parents, schools and local communities participate. Special emphasis was placed on the exchange of practical ideas, experiences and useful advice for parents and children in the world of new technologies.
